Roseville has two very different kinds of homes, and the wall behind your TV depends on which one you live in.

West Roseville — Westpark, Fiddyment Farm and the neighborhoods around them — is mostly newer construction: drywall on wood studs, tall great-room walls, and often a low linear fireplace with space for a large TV above it. Big screens are common here, so tell us the size in the quote questions; 70-inch and larger TVs are priced separately and need a second pair of hands to lift.

Closer to Downtown and Old Town Roseville the houses are older, and you are more likely to meet a brick fireplace or a wall that has been remodeled more than once. Brick and stone can be mounted on, with the right anchors and a different price.

In Sun City Roseville and other single-story communities, the usual request is a TV at a comfortable seated height with no cords hanging down the wall. Both are on our price list.
