Sacramento questions
Who will do the install?
An independent local installer based in your area who passed our selection and a hands-on skills test. You get the installer’s name before the visit.
Is the price the same in every city?
Yes, we use one price list in every area we serve.
Do I need to buy a mount?
No. If you have a compatible mount, we use it at no extra cost. If not, we bring one: fixed from $39, tilting from $49, full-motion from $69.
Do I have to help lift the TV?
Under 60″ — no. From 60″ up it takes two people: either someone at home helps for a minute, or we send a second technician for +$49. Some installs need a second technician because of the TV’s weight or where it goes.
Can you mount on brick or stone?
Yes. Brick, concrete or a drywall fireplace is +$49; tile or stone is from +$69. When it is a stone fireplace, you pay only the larger of the two.
Can the cables go inside the wall?
On interior drywall, yes — $89, using your cables. For fireplaces, brick, stone or tile we need a photo first, since it isn’t always possible. The simpler option is a paintable cover on the wall for $59, cover included.
Can the price change on the day?
Only if you agree to it before we start. There are no surprise fees. The minimum service call is $100.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit by card when you book. The rest after the job is done, by card or cash. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit and the deposit is refunded.
