Homes and walls in Arizona
Most Arizona homes are stucco outside and drywall on wood studs inside, with tile floors and high ceilings. Around Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler, many newer houses have a built-in media niche sized for an older, smaller TV, so the usual question is how to fit a larger screen over or inside it. Covered patios are the other big request. Summer heat is hard on electronics, so an outdoor TV needs shade, an outdoor-rated screen and hardware that will not rust.
Whatever the wall, the rule is the same: the installer checks it with you and you approve the spot before anything is drilled.
Where we plan to open in Arizona
We open a city once at least two local installers there have passed our selection and a hands-on skills test. These five come first.
