Homes and walls in Mississippi
Mississippi homes are mostly single-story: brick ranch houses in Jackson and Hattiesburg, newer subdivisions in Southaven, and raised homes along the Gulf Coast in Gulfport and Biloxi. Interior walls are usually drywall on wood studs, with brick fireplaces in older houses. On the coast, porches and patios are popular TV spots, and salt air there is hard on ordinary brackets — outdoor-rated hardware lasts.
Whatever the wall, the rule is the same: the installer checks it with you and you approve the spot before anything is drilled.
Where we plan to open in Mississippi
