Homes and walls in Nevada
Nevada's housing is young. Most homes in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Reno were built in the last few decades: stucco outside, drywall on wood studs inside, high ceilings and a prewired TV wall. High-rise condos on and near the Strip are different — concrete and metal studs, plus building rules about drilling. Covered patios are a common place for a second TV, and desert heat means an outdoor-rated screen kept in the shade.
Whatever the wall, the rule is the same: the installer checks it with you and you approve the spot before anything is drilled.
Where we plan to open in Nevada
We open a city once at least two local installers there have passed our selection and a hands-on skills test. These five come first.
