Homes and walls in Missouri
Missouri's two big cities are full of brick. In St. Louis, most older homes are solid brick with plaster inside, and in Kansas City you find bungalows and shirtwaist houses with plaster walls. A mount there goes into masonry or needs plaster-safe anchors. Springfield, Columbia and the newer suburbs are mostly drywall on wood studs. Finished basements are common statewide and often have walls framed over concrete.
Whatever the wall, the rule is the same: the installer checks it with you and you approve the spot before anything is drilled.
Where we plan to open in Missouri
We open a city once at least two local installers there have passed our selection and a hands-on skills test. These five come first.
What it will cost in Missouri
Prices are for labor on drywall with a compatible mount. Minimum service call $100. Any change is agreed before work begins. Full price list
